We collect data required to review applications, host the Forum, run B2B meetings (opt-in), and manage sponsors. Legal bases: pre-contractual steps, legitimate interest in running the event, and consent for the directory and briefing letter.

Participant contacts are not published. The directory is visible only after approval and opt-in. No sale of data. Recipients: the organizing team, hosting and email processors, authorities only where the law requires.

Access, rectification, objection, portability and deletion: write to the published contact address. Retention: the Forum plus J+90 follow-up, then limited archive of signed commitments.
